AH, now I understand where the confusion is, the Yudachi article stats 200% XP not "Ship XP" as the premium shop states. One moment, doing more digging.

I suppose I do not understand where the confusion is. I am pretty sure we have always listed directly what the bonus is. And for the premiums its always been a Combat mission for +200% Ship XP. If it were Commander XP it would say so or Free XP. I suppose I will do some research to see if we have worded it differently, but I do not think it has ever been.

If you're fairly certain you've encountered a bug, we'd like to encourage you to submit it to the Game Support section of the WoWS ticket queues, within a section where bugs are asked for, or to create a post within this sub-forum.
Remove your mods and try again before sending in a bug report as mods tend to be the culprit, YES I know we have made it automatic, I will state it as I am sure someone will find a workaround.
DO NOT just move your old mods into the new mods folder, make sure they are updated!

No unfortunately because Mr. Jenkins is getting up there in the levels, we couldn't coordinate all that.

So in World of Warships, we have historical commanders, we have special commanders and then we have legendary commanders. Doing this allows us to represent more commanders without flooding the population with a lot of commanders that have those perks.
For us the "Historical" commanders are a good way to honor someone's service (Like Mr. Leroy Jenkins) without adding a lot of development work to ensure a commander is balanced.
So case in point, Mr. Jenkins as I said above still took almost a year to get everything together to put them into the game, where as Lutjens was probably in the development cycle for well over a year.
Is there a chance for additions in the future? Sure, do I know if it WILL happen or not? No. Sorry for the long round about answer.
