See, I'm not frustrated at all. Just in my opinion, in this game, as is in life, if information is readily available, there is no reason to continuously spoon feed information out.

Folks the reason I post the articles so that you go look for the information so that you know where to look. Which is what we should be doing, so in the future you can look this stuff up.

That article states in the second bullet:

"Players who currently have Moskva researched but not yet bought or have her sold will get Moskva."

SO I am not sure how much clearer it can be.

So in order to access the Research Bureau it is first required that you research 5 tier X ships. And when you decide which one you want to reset, it resets that line back to tier 1.

If you received a ship in early access, it will still reset back to tier 1.
