Meh, I also kinda understand why we dont though TRUST ME, I wish I could get a Somers :(
Well as I have said before, believe it or not, EVERY piece of constructive criticism is seen and documented.
I cannot speak for feedback and comments on feedback from the past but I assure you I take ALMOST (cause trolls do troll) all of what I read on the forums, on Social Media (yes I am all over that as well it's not just @KARMAT1KA though she does an amazing job) and in game to heart and I take note of ALL of it!
As someone that has played since the second week of Alpha, played every single class of ship, almost every single ship (cause I need steel to get the ones I don't have ) and used and learned just about every single mechanic in World of Warships I will tell you, I still keep an open mind and I ask our community to do the same.
I'm not saying stop voicing all of your opinions, just give time and test things before we make "end game" comments

Aloha,
Bare with me, but we already admitted that we didn't do enough testing with the CV rework, that has been stated more than a few times. And there were more changes to attempt to balance them since the relaunch. As someone that played CV's as just a player PRIOR to the rework, I was saying they needed to be balanced and changed well before we ever announced them. And as someone that enjoyed CV play at relaunch and NOW I would say they are more balanced than they have EVER been. Are they perfect, I will admit NO and changes and tweaks are still occurring and will occur
As for the testing, we have NEVER done as much testing with any aspect of World of Warships than we have and are with submarines, because we see the impact that they will have in the game and we want to ensure that they are as close as possible to balanced prior to release.
I have NEVER seen a member of Wargaming ever tell someone to shut up or sit down, I may be wro...

Not anymore, I was in Hawaii for quite some time though while I was active duty, and while I was there I was coined "Hapa Haole Boy" which is basically a term of endearment given to Half Japanese Half White "main landers" And so Hapa just kind of stuck :)

Aloha,
Appreciate the kind words! And not trying to knock anything of what you said, but believe it or not, I love this position! I wouldn't want to be doing anything else than what I do every day, which is engage with our amazing community!

Aloha,
Are you referring to our scrapping of the NTC idea? The scrapping of the idea of the upgrades that would have unbalanced the top tier game play that would have been earned in the NTC? The end mission dates for the UU's? Or perhaps the dockyard doubloon refunds? All of which were changes put in place due to player feed back. I of course can only speak to what I have seen since starting this job almost two weeks ago. (that's right all those changes occurred due to player feed back in only 2 weeks).
I assure you, that more feedback is taken in, documented and fed up to our development team than is dismissed. What also needs to be said is that sometimes, changes from feedback occur over time and not instantaneously as they require a lot of work by our dev team. There was a time where you could not BUY signals, they were only earned, there was a time where you couldn't go in and sell the stuff you had accumulated in your inventory. All these change...
Read moreAloha,
As has been stated above by several people. Submarines are currently in the TEST stage, this is the THIRD iteration of testing, for those that have been testing them through the prior iterations will have seen A LOT of changes and tweaks that have come from all the testers. We will always continue to tweak, change and balance mechanics in the game to encourage growth in the game.
We see the concerns of our community contributors and the community as a whole and believe it or not take a lot of the feedback seen on all avenues (forums, in-game chat, YouTube videos etc) from you. Case in point, I take CONSTRUCTIVE criticism seriously and compile documents and feedback to feed up to our development team.
All that being said, I would like to remind you all to please remain civil with each other and follow the forum guidelines.

Aloha,
As stated above the final date, at this time for the UU missions will be Dec 31st, 2020, and the last date that anyone can start them will be Feb 12, 2020.
Mahalo, Have a great weekend!f

Aloha,
Personally, I think all the B ships look amazing! I say that but I also would like to ONLY have historical camo on what I can see... but that's just my old salty-ness showing through. Scharn is one of my fav ships, and it is definitely beautiful in that camo!

Aloha,
From the North American team, I just wanted to take a minute to thank our AMAZING COMMUNITY (that is YOU)! At the end of our 24 hour stream we hit $41,600.03 globally (I may or may not be the reason there were $.03 ).
We all had a fun time engaging with all of you having some hilarious antics with torpedo jousting, Mikasa madness (of which Team Hapocolypse won both of, ehem) and all the random drops and we hope you did too!
Thank you SO MUCH to everyone that donated and participated! And I sincerely look forward to doing this again in the future! Special thank you to @NoZoupForYou, @SeaRaptor00 and @SIR_VENOM_IK for joining us on the stream!

Aloha,
Outstanding match! As a DD main myself I have only gotten a DOUBLE double strike twice I think. (double, double double?) I have always said DD's are kind of an underappreciated class at times, because the area denial we can do with our torps, the spotting, and random "yahtzee kills" (I call them that when there is either a detonation, dev strike or kill you weren't counting on) aren't noticed so much.
But removing guns from the enemy team is probably one of THE MOST important aspects of a game to help snatch the W!

Aloha,
Just wanted to post some screenies so you can see where the doubloon premium discount purchase is. I hope this clarifies your questions!

Aloha,
First let me say kudos for being friendly and helpful in game! For me, as long as I have played World of Warships, if someone say has 4 kills and they need the last one for a Kraken I will ignore the target or draw fire so they can get it. Or if I see other players doing so I compliment them for good play! It may seem a small gesture and as I am sure you have seen, A LOT of people won't do stuff like that, my point of view is, change has to start small and over time more people will hopefully do so.
All that being said, online games are online games and I am sure you know, that well, there are people that don't care in the fashion you do. My suggestion? Keep doing what you're doing and help our amazing community to grow!
Mahalo and Happy Holidays!

Aloha,
Totally understand! Trust me though, we WILL get to you! Besides, those dubs are safe not burning a hole in your port

Aloha,
Personally I only own 3, which are the only three I wanted to grind out, the rest are near completion just from casual play since they were launched over a year ago. But my 2 cents, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Republique UU, because 19 second main battery reload with a secondary build, makes her a beast. And the DM UU because going backward and forward almost instantaneously can really mess with people trying to shoot at you. The other one I got, but do not use is the one for the Yueyang, I got it before she had her reload nerf, so for my play style doesn't fit anymore, so I no longer use it. Again this is not a "guide" or anything, just what I like.

At this time our customer service reps are working through the tickets as they are received. Your ticket was originally processed on the 13th, prior to the process for this specific event's refunds being put in place. Just for your knowledge your second ticket would have been placed in the que, since the procedure of refunding has just been established and announced understand it will take our support folks some time to get through all of them, but I assure you, you WILL get your refund.
