Hello @Queenz, as this is happening on a private server we’d recommend reaching out to G-Portal first, either through their forums or by submitting a ticket, so that they can determine if there’s any hardware or network issue on their end since we don’t have access to private servers ourselves.

Although it’s unlikely that the issue might stem from the disk itself, it could be related to the console’s optical drive as it’s failing to read the disk at times, which in return may lead to all sorts of issues similar to the ones you’re experiencing.

As mentioned before, it’s also possible that there’s an issue with the console’s hard drive, would you be able to try and run the game from an external drive just to dismiss this possibility?

Alternatively, could you try to download the game from the store to your console through your friend’s account?

Hello @StevieWonder, to add to TrioXT’s reply, you should always place your structures over foundations to ensure that they share the decay time with all the building pieces linked to those foundations.

Did you happen to verify the decay timer for that map room with a repair hammer before logging out?

Hi @ClickClackMeow, depending on the size of claim spam (vertical doesn’t factor as much as horizontal) our team may be able to intervene if deemed excessive, which is determined on a case-by-case basis that not only contemplates land coverage, but also the amount of NPC spawns and resources blocked.
