This should be the case, we’ve detected some issues accessing their connection manager servers, that is causing WebAPI errors which can be verified by the following line in the game log:
LogFuncomLiveServices:Error: Login failed: Failed to connect to Steam WebAPI GetUserInfo: Timeout.
In short, despite their services showing as online it usually takes a while for everything to get up and running after a downtime period.
The login should now be working according to our latest verifications.
This is due to Steam being currently down, as we use their authentication services.
When these downtimes happen they usually last for a short duration, so the service should be coming up soon.

Nudity may be disabled for certain servers, in which you won’t be able to benefit from having it enabled on your client.

According to the server statistics, it has an active population throughout most of the day and there’s no visible issue as far as its performance is concerned.
In order to determine whether there are any issues on your end, we’ll need you to provide exact time stamps of the times where you have issues connecting, including the timezone for these as well.
We may also reach out to you privately to gather further data regarding your connection and ISP to provide G-Portal with so that they can verify if there’s an issue on that end.

Hi @PvPedMyPants, welcome to the forums, unfortunately, we’re unable to provide any refunds of materials or equipment lost, as there is no MMO-like admin support for the game in official servers.
We’re also working on another patch that will improve stability for consoles specifically, which should prevent this type of situation to occur.

Hi @Badoutlaw1, according to the server stats there seems to be no unusual network activity nor crashes, and the online player count has been stable over the last week.
Which other servers did you try where you haven’t experienced any lag issues?
