We’re aware of the issue but given the complexity of its fix and the gameplay impact of it, we’ve decided to focus on other more pressing issues at the moment. Once and if we play to overhaul the building system, we might reevaluate its priority.

We’ve just tested this issue and it works on our end. Just in case, could you try to restore your keybindings to default and see if that fixes your issue?

We’d require more information in order to be able to offer any help.
As a general set of advice, we’d recommend to disable all mods in case you’re playing with then, then enable them one by one until you find the culprit of the crashes. If not playing with mods, then please fill up that box present in your screenshot with as much information as you can, then click “Send Report to Funcom” as that is the most efficient way to report a crash on a non-modded version of the game.

Welcome to our community and apologies for the frustration.
The error you mention is present in other logs where players haven’t encountered this issue and should not be related. Without any other additional info, we at least could suggest a workaround given that you might have admin access to your server. You could spawn from the admin menu a similar follower and level it up via the console command to at least replace the loss. If you come across the same issue, please report it back to us with as much additional information as you might have.
