We’re aware of the crashing issues players are experiencing while playing with Windows 7. Our team is looking into them and working on fixing them for an upcoming hotfix release.

Greetings Exiles!

Today we’re releasing our new update, focused on re-balancing a few aspects of the game. We’ve focused on followers and world bosses, making thralls slightly less of a powerhouse, but also toning down bosses’ health pools accordingly. The goal of these changes is to increase player power compared to Followers. We’ll continue to look at ways to re-balance the game, and we can’t wait to show you what’s coming in the near future.

With this update we have also fixed many of the issues that affected the avatar system in the game, fixing some exploits that abused them as well as re-balancing some of its core mechanics. They are still not enabled in official servers, but we will let you know in advance once we flip the switch during the upcoming weeks.

Additional to these changes we have also implemented the Funcom Live Services into the game that aims to create a smoother user experience while playing online, as well as removed Denuvo from the gam...

A hotfix aimed to address this issue has been released and is currently being rolled out on EU regions, with US following shortly.

Greetings, Exiles.

As you’re all aware, we’ve been working for the past few days to get an update out of the gates that would fix the connectivity issues you’ve all been having on PlayStation 4. It has been a very frustrating experience, most understandably, for all of you. For this, we deeply apologize.

We have taken steps to ensure the core issue that caused these connectivity problems does not happen again, and we’re working with our partners to address the delay on the fix.

We understand most of you have seen your plans in the Exiled lands truncated due to this outage. To compensate for that we will be running the following modifiers, on all PS4 official servers, until and through Monday June 22nd:

• Experience gains will be doubled on PVE and PVE-Conflict servers, x5 on PVP servers.
• Harvesting yield will be doubled.
• Decay timers will be ...

We regret to inform we currently don’t expect a resolution for the PS4 connectivity issues until tomorrow. Sony has not been able to give us an ETA on when they’ll fix the issues preventing the update release.
We once again apologize for the frustration this outage has caused.

We are still trying to resolve the PS4 connectivity issues together with Sony. We’re doing all that’s in our hands to get this situation fixed ASAP.
We have disabled decay on PS4 official servers and we apologize for the frustration this downtime is causing.
