We unfortunately can’t replace lost items or materials in game as the game doesn’t offer MMO-like support.

Depending on the size of the base and how it was set up, full decay might not apply to all the pieces which could explain this situation. Does the event log mention any loss of stability as well?

Hey there,

It was not “promised” but scheduled for early this week. It’ll be out once it’s out so keep an eye out for the patch notes.
