It would help us immensely if you could be a bit more precise in your report so we could relay it to our team. By mobs teleportation, you mean world npcs, thralls, pets? Could you share a video of that in action?
You mean private servers, right?
Even though they might not be directly related to the area reported, there’s a high chance they are causing this issue. As @Jim1, if you could try to load in a mod-less game and see if the issue is happening then, proceeding to enabling mods back one by one would help isolate the culprit in this case.

To respawn the content of a chest it first has to be closed correctly. When looting it, make sure to press E to close it so it shows the lid shutting. Improperly closed chests will not spawn any loot until the server restarts.

God mode and no stamina mode (NoSprintCost) are considered cheats and they won’t disappear once you relog into your game. To disable them, you have to go back into admin mode and disable both checkboxes in the admin panel.

We’re aware of this issue and our team is looking into it. For the time being, there’s a couple of workarounds when this happens, one is to move away from that zone and come back into it, which will recalculate the physics, and another one (as suggested by @SH4ZAAM) is to log out on in to cause the same effect.
