We’ve received a few reports about some connectivity issues with some West Coast servers. We’re in touch with G-Portal to see what could be the issue at hand.

Edit: G-Portal identified some connectivity issues and they’re currently looking into it.

We’re aware of a current issue that some players are using to obtain and store avatar tokens in unintended ways. This is being abused by a few players and clans to create unfair situations in some official servers. Our team is aware of these methods and are working on a fix thanks to the collaboration of our community. However, we do not have any estimate times regarding the launch of this fix.
After discussing it internally over the past few days and examining the situation many of you have reported, we’ve decided that the best way to proceed until this issue is patched live is to disable Avatar summoning on all official servers, all platforms, in effect immediately.
We’ve also been increasing our security measures to make sure players who have been negatively impacting the game via exploits, cheats and other methods cannot keep circumventing any sanctions applied to their accounts on PC.

We’ve taken a look at both servers reported and none has suffered any crashes for the past 7 days. What kind if error are you getting? Plus, are you experiencing this problem in other servers too or just those two ones?

We usually prefer well-articulated and constructive feedback in order to proceed finding a solution for it. There is nothing to acknowledge at the moment, as most of these issues seem to be isolated. When there is outages in certain nodes and we’re notified about it, we acknowledge and inform about it.
In this particular case, server 1808 seems to be working normally, with some players in it at the moment. Should there be any problem with it, please use the link provided by @Cauthey or send us your feedback in the appropriate section following the advice in this other thread:...

There is no automatic bans because of selected player name. If you truly are banned, it will pop up as a message when you try to join the server. In that case, blocking you from accessing that server is the intended situation. Otherwise, it could be a temporary connection problem. Try joining another server and see if it works correctly there.

We’ve taken a look at the activity of that server and we couldn’t see any performance issues. Are those crashes only affecting your client? Could you let us know about your system specs so we can try to isolate the issue?
