Hey @roro4066
We’re aware of this issue. It’s taking a while for us to get our hands on it as we have to take care of a few critical issues first, bit it’s in our team’s plate for the future
Thanks for your feedback.

Hey @Fixi
Thanks for the…heads-up (heheh).
Could you send us the coordinates as well so we can pinpoint the exact spot this is happening? (Ctrl - Shift - Alt - L)
Hey @roro4066
After reading the whole thread we would be grateful if you could clarify some details before we relay this info to our team
You mentioned this crash happened when equipping any armor, but a bit later you seem to specify that this armor comes from the Unnamed City. Is it then happening when using legendary armor?
Also, the way you equip this armor from your inventory, could you specify it as well so we can try to isolate the issue?
Finally, as a side note, have you tried verifying the files on Steam just in case there was some corrupted file somewhere that could cause this?
Hey @Ayok76
Could you check the event log and see what could’ve happened to your character while you were offline?
We’d recommend depositing all inventory and valuables in a nearby chest or container before logging out to prevent similar issues in the future.
Hey @sslee
Are you playing using the Japanese or Korean language translations? If so, there’s currently a known issue that disables vibration when playing using those localizations. Our team is looking into it.
We’ve sent note to our team about this and they’ve confirmed this is intended. Puzzle is to be solved once per server restart per design.
Hope that cleared it out
Thanks for the confirmation @Novikthewise
That seems like an odd one. Could you open a new thread and give us as much information as you can about this so we can properly forward it to our team?
Thanks in advance (and again) ...
Hey @Mikey
The Well of Refreshment was designed as a light source, but the description of it got somehow botched in the process of designing the DLC (there were previous instances of this and other contents of the pack). It is intended as a purely cosmetic item, as the rest of placeables of this DLC.
We’re aware of this and our team will look into making that description accurate to what this item can and cannot do.
Hey @Ildur
Welcome to our community.
We’ll send note to our team to stop this monkey business, it is not ape-aling to get stuck in simian locations.
Thanks for your feedback.
Apologies for the long time it’s taking to get this issue fixed. We’ve poked our team about it and tried to escalate it. Hopefully we’ll have better news to share soon.
Hey @LZB_Gattsu
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We’ll send note to our team.
Hey @Wolfhors3
Welcome to our community.
We’re aware of this issue and we got a few reports about it in the past. We haven’t found any reliable repro case yet. As @Shadoza suggested, did you open the vanity mode before experiencing this problem?
Hey everybody,
We released a new set of optimizations for PS4Pro systems. Could you let us know if you could feel any performance improvements if you’re playing on that system model?
Hey @CrystalGoddess
Apologies for the frustration.
Could you share a screenshot or video of the area being affected with those random destructions?
This way we can get a better look at it and see if we can spot the culprit.
Thanks in advance.
We don’t have any ETA yet. We want to get the fix right, so avatars will be disabled until we’re confident the shrine protection is working as intended. That being said, it’s one of our priorities right now.
Apologies for the frustration.
Please everybody, keep it civil
Hey @MarkSawyer
Welcome to our community and don’t worry about your English, it’s good
Regarding the wanderers, since the way single player and online servers work is different, it is possible that in your single player game they have gone to somewhere far from their initial path. On official servers, they are reset every time the server restarts, so if they get stranded they will always fall back to their original spawn. On single player, that is not happening.
We would recommend leaving the area and exploring other places, then coming back to the river again and see if they spawn again.
We’re poking our team about it again. Apologies for the delay.
We’re aware of some issues with pillar stability on server restart and our team is looking into it. We’ve patched it in the past but they still seem to struggle to keep stability. We’re also sending note about the triangular roof issue you’re mentioning.
Apologies for the frustration and thanks for your feedback.
Hey @SabunoHakia
We’ve sent note to QA to check if there’s a possible issue with that puzzle, but we’re inclined to believe it might be the situation @WhatMightHaveBeen and @CynnaMonkey are suggesting. If your server is populated enough, that is one of the zones we suspect would have a busy enough traffic to warrant this behavior you’re reporting. Just in case though, we’ve sent note to see if there...
