It could be related to another issue we fixed recently, that caused settings to reset (including crafting requisites). Could you check if any of the slides under server settings/crafting is set to an anomalous value?

To get in touch with us regarding issues, please use the forums.
This issue you’re reporting could be related to a recent bug that caused server settings to be reverted and not saved, possibly messing with crafting and taming. After today’s hotfix that issue should no longer be present. Could you try updating your server settings to whatever values you prefer and see if this issue persists?

Could you verify the integrity of the files just in case some file got corrupted? Does the Windows Event Reporting tool showing something unusual?
Could you also let us know if there is any mod installed and the system specs of your server? You can send us your client and server dxdiag files privately if you want, so we can spot something weird going on.

Could you try to add the following line to your additional command parameter line and see if it fixes this issue?
