Quick update: after contacting a few affected players, our team has possibly isolated what could be the issue and is working on a solution.

Protection bubbles should last 36h although there’s currently an issue that restarts them on server crash, our team is looking into it.
Regarding the Riddle of Steel, it’s still on certification. We have no ETA yet, but should be out by the end of this month.

Thralls will remain in “Scouting” mode when the owner is killed or disappears. After a while, they will return to their last set guarding spot. Depending on where you set that thrall’s sport for the last time is where it will reappear given a certain time (15 minutes by default, if I recall correctly).
