In the next hotfix they won’t be knockable, as intended. We would also recommend not stocking up on them as any existing thralled version of them will be wiped once that patch is released.
Could you try the following so we can isolate the issue?
- Go to ’ Settings ’ and select ‘Network’
- Select 'Advanced Settings ’
- Select 'DNS Settings ’
- Select ‘Manual’
- Enter as Primary DNS server address 8.8.8.8
- Select Enter to input this Secondary DNS server address: 8.8.4.4
- Press ‘B’ on your Xbox controller to save your DNS changes.
- Restart your Xbox One.

We’re sorry for these frustrating issues. Our team is working on a few additional fixes for crashes. The admin panel does not disable trophies so feel free to restore any lost items or thralls, and make sure to keep a recent backup of your save in an external storage should any issue arise. These are just a few temporary workaround until our team can work on additional stability patches.

Just in case, could you try the following to see if it’s another issue we got some rare reports in the past?
Once one of those items disappear, could you try to open a container and select the “Give All” option? That’ll deposit the whole contents of your inventory in there, so make sure first to have enough space in that container to keep all your belongings inside otherwise this check would not be useful. Once you give all, is the missing item in there?

We’re releasing a new hotfix for the game that should take care of a few critical issues introduced with the last patch.
One of those issues was the ability to knock out and break some NPC bosses, which is completely unintentional. Since it could result in some critical balancing problems within the game, there will be a targeted wipe of any boss-mob that has been captured: that affects ALL NPCs from the Dagon dungeon and the emissaries from the Volcano area (Emissary of Haon-Dor and Emissary of Tsathouggu).
This wipe will come into action once all official servers are being restarted to apply the patch. This auto-wipe will only affect official servers. We sincerely apologize for the short notice, but we agreed that this would cause an extreme imbalance in the game mechanics if not acted upon swiftly.

That’s a different issue from the one treated in this thread. Since it is a private server, you should get in contact with the admin of such server and see why that server is no longer available.

The Watcher Above and other similar bosses are not supposed to be converted to thralls. It’s an issue that our team has fixed internally and will be patched live soon. That’s why they’re showing such unintended behavior.

Please remember that there’s a known issue when using the PVE-Conflict filter. It is another problem entirely, and the current workaround is to set the Game Mode filter to “All” instead. A fix for this issue will come soon.
