We’re looking into a possible issue with non-related bans affecting the Family Sharing setting of the game. We’ll update this thread as soon as we hear of any progress.

For those of you who have been using family share and despite getting a new account they can’t access the game, please make sure to disable family share on that account.
Additionally, if related to the family sharing accounts, this should only affect accessing an official server. To rule out any other problems, could you try logging into a coop game or a private server and see if it happens?

Our team took a look at the database of 1005 and found your character nowhere to be found. This usually happens when selecting “Recreate character” from the main menu or proceeding with the character creation screen. Unfortunately, this means that your character is gone for good from that database and unrecoverable.

We already offer the possibility to moderate your own servers via private hosting, either with rented servers or via the Dedicated Server launcher tool (on PC).
On official servers, that is not going to happen, however, as the legal and logistical implications of having players (or even employees) external to the company are too complicated to even start enumerating.

Based on the log provided, it seems there is a mod causing issues. Make sure to disable to mod causing this issue or update it to a version that is compatible with the latest base game version.
