There will be official servers running the Isle of Siptah when it launches in Early Access. Other players will also be able to host dedicated servers on that map as well.

To clear any confusions.
To play on Siptah, you will need a new savegame/database. they are not linked, but separate maps. However, as part of that update, we’ll be adding the option to swap between those maps when loading a game, meaning you won’t lose progress on the Exiled lands or Siptah when playing on the other map.

Mods will work on Siptah as they work on the Exiled lands, however the map itself won’t be editable.

Purge bar settings in official servers are geared towards mid sized clans, meaning filling the bar as a solo player is more challenging and time consuming. With more players it’s easier and more manageable.

We generally recommend installing any recent games to a SSD drive, as the advantages of it are numerous and even more dramatic in games where content is constantly streamed, such as Conan Exiles.
