The intent with the FSW rewards is that they will be available again in the future, what shape this takes we do not have 100% locked in yet as we just wanted to address the concerns that FSW was people's only chance to get them.
Apologies for the Auto selection causing this trouble, we have passed it along to the team and hope to get it sorted out soon.

We have received a few reports of some players reaching Design Your Hero without the FSW Prompt.
Please do not proceed if you do not get a choice on Fresh Start Worlds before this. Rebooting the client should cause this to appear as intended.
Now that Ironman mode players have access to group boss with non-iron players. Can we expect that content like Sinkholes and WarBands will no longer be restricted?
I'd really like to see Ironman be able to access these activities.

Regarding the iron-man and mainscape pvm merge, what happens with instance player cap? As the player cap was different between the 2 game modes
