I.e. why does my X urn work with every skilling method for this skill except these 2 methods? or why does this thing that requires i wear gloves allow every single glove except these 3 gloves

Honestly, having a toggle at the altars to turn on/off the noting feature entirely would be amazing.

Nice, i also saw some suggestions about allowing noted items on the altar. I'll try and get a list together for considerations

When this was raised shortly after Comp Rework we discussed that we'd try not to add any/more exceptions to how benefits from capes worked regarding the Comp cape - which is why this hasn't been changed since.

However, I've just now made a feedback job to look into this and see what changes we can make. I can't tell you right now what those changes are or when it'll come, however. if you have any suggestions other than "only apply when wearing the Ardougne Cape" though feel free to reply to this comment :)

Heard nothing since.

Those fixes are currently with QA now, there should be news in the coming weeks granted things go fine with it :)

It was never intended for Orikalkum (or above) salvage to be added with the rework, and at the time there was also nothing to replace.

It was initially made and seen in the M&S beta's cache so as to act as something we can place on future drop tables - if needed - but since it wasn't required we removed it from the list of items. It's still technically there in the code, for us. I have a few personal ideas of where it could pop up in the future but we'll see in due time :)

Sorry i think you misunderstood, the RS Wiki can and probably will be updated ASAP, it's not edited by Jagex staff, there are various wiki contributors who do that.

If you want them there, you'd have to wait till Mid-January due to how busy our news/localisations teams are and the usual holiday period absences. I appreciate that not everyone is on twitter, but this info is easily shared across Reddit, Discord, facebook etc. and not to mention it'll be put on the RS Wiki soon too.

We'll be showing it again on our twitch livestream this Thursday and putting it in a January newspost too, but a tweet is an easy way for me to bypass other processes and get information out for the players who are interested and might not want to wait another month.

EDIT: Typos :P

Just to let you know this is a known issue. It'll be picked up by a dev when one of them has some time :)

They aren’t actually that rare. Compared to pre-release the rates were drastically changed. 1 egg in 450 kills means you’re just unlucky and have gone over the drop rate several times.

As Poerkie has already said though, watch for the patch notes on Monday.

Ah, ok, I was going of RSWiki only. I figured it'd be already updated, but I guess the wiki was just wrong. My bad, I was just concerned because I'm currently in the process of making my own flask and was looking forward to using it before stumbling on the Wiki page. (Haven't tested out Extreme Prayers yet)

yeah i just double checked and it increases when using the Blessed Flask too

I took a quick look in to this just now since i did the original QA for the Extreme Prayer. As far as i can see it still works with the Holy Wrench, and it also works with Reverence aura. Both Rev aura and Holy Wrench also stack.

At level 99 prayer the Extreme Prayer pot heals 565 points, with the Wrench it heals 584 points. At level 50 prayer it's 320 points without, and 330 points with. No reverence aura used here btw. As an FYI though, Reverence aura does 10% of the original heal then adds the Holy Wrench bonus.

Are you going off your own in-game experience or just the wiki? My conclusion from looking into it is that the wiki is wrong. However, if there's a strange condition causing it not to work, then that's a bug that i'm not aware of and would need someone to give me some info on that.

Thank you for looking into it! <3

Looks like you've done the "Family Spirit Tree" achievement but not actually "done" it - which can be done just by speaking to Glouron to finish it off haha. Glouron can be found by the Prifddinas Spirit Tree in Cryws. You'll then be able to plant the Spirit Tree :)

Can you send me your RSN and i'll give this a look? Can't see anything immediately noticeable from your images.

This was hotfixed a short while ago today!

The seeds given from Clues weren't "added" to the drop table but instead replaced items such as yew seeds and Runite Stone Spirit etc...

So i've taken a better look into this and spoken to Mod Daze. What i said in my original comment was partially incorrect as i misunderstood some of the functionality of the farming master cape. The cape uses free supercompost (not from your storage/bought from Leprechaun) and should prompt you if you'd like to use ultracompost instead - however the latter isn't currently working.

As for your issue, it looks like you have to have a specific set of conditions for this to happen in that you must have:

  • certain composts stored

  • bought certain composts from the leprechaun

  • auto-composting for specific patches turned off

  • and wearing a master farming cape during any interaction with those specific patches

It only appears to be affecting ultra-compost. I've thrown in a bug for this and the ultracompost prompt (or lack thereof) so this should be fixed and out in game in the following weeks.

The Devs are away home now so i'll note this down for tomorrow but I believe the reason this happens is that Feral/Ripper/Venomous dinosaurs come under one branch of "Varanusaurs".

They have 1 base baby model (which you've shown in your image) but can grow into any of the 3 different 'breeds' depending on which one it is. In this case that baby you have should grow into a Ripper dinosaur.

I think the issue here is that the naming should be changed from "Baby Venomous" to "Baby Varanusaur" to be more general and not look/sound like a bug. I'll follow up on it tomorrow morning :)

(As an aside - the breeding log should show 4 'Varanusaurs', with one being shiny.)

EDIT: Just looked at Baby Chinchompas in game, they do the exact same thing, they're just named "baby chinchompa" which is more general :)

If I’m understanding correctly, you don’t “get” the resources until visiting as opposed to accumulating over time.

If you're talking about the general Anachronia/resource system i'm unsure as i wasn't part of the team - though the Farming tick isn't a perfect system and it probably wouldn't be best to add it to that for various reasons - as well as load on servers/clients etc.

So there's a "silent" check happening at the Ranch that gives you resources, to stop the manipulation of those resources - essentially the same check which happens when you teleport to the Base Camp.

However, because it's "silent" and you don't get a game message, if you then go to Base Camp you're only seeing how many resources you received since you last visited the ranch not since you last visited the Base Camp... which in turn makes it seem like you've received less than you should.

We've got a job to add similar messaging when you teleport to the Ranch so this should no longer be an issue when that goes out.

If however you do think you're experiencing a bug and have definitely not received any of the resources you should have since buying the pens, send me over your RSN and a bug report. Please and thank you :)
