Since it is being named the PvM Hub and not just the Bossing Hub, will there be any benefits for players doing any kind of non-boss pvm?
other than the obvious adren crystal and bonfire.
PvM Hub is really the internal WIP name of it not the final/release name, the current running name we’re using is “Garden of War”.
Still to answer your question, probably not - it’s partially why we took out the slayer teleports from the portals in the hub that the MG portals currently have.
It’s been really good to show it off and see the reception. There’s plenty of feedback and suggestions, it’s awesome to see you guys hyped about it!
I was thinking more of not having to use challenge gems for DPM checks.
Currently ironmen don't have access to challenge gems also.
Im not sure about a permanent gem, we can probably discuss it though.

It'd be super nice to have the challenge gem ability to see DPM as part of the Dummy area
The training/dummy area was designed with Gem-ing in mind. We’ll allow players to place down gems there and do their usual DPM checks. Unless I’m misunderstanding what you meant?
Any plans to make more elite task rewards passive? now that comp cape no longer has any perk to it, ardy cloak is an anomaly in the achievement diary rewards
The only reason it became passive is because Comp cape inherited certain things from Ardy cape as passives before the rework. Other achievement diary rewards don't/didn't do that so i wouldn't expect it to happen with them.
Hopefully worth the cost; I feel like both the time to grind wyvern bones and the extra cost makes super prayers not worth using (and it's not like you use that many prayer potions to start with).
The flask sounds really nice for convenience, but I don't want to see us paying 3x as much per prayer point restored as a regular potion if it's just saving a couple of inventory spaces.
I am not guaranteeing this for release, or at all in the future... but we've had discussions about making Super Prayers nicer to make somehow. If we see it becoming a thing (if time allows) we'll let you guys know.
EDIT: This isn't to say the Super Prayer will or won't be used in making Extreme Prayers, just seeing what type of QoL things we can do around all of Herblore if we have the time to.

What is a Blessed Flask?
Its essentially a special flask made through a masterwork-like process. It can be “charged” by using Extreme Prayer pots on it. Those “charges” are then basically doses/sips. This means its basically a convenience item, condensing lots of inventory space into one.
The produce won't be on PvM drop tables, however the seeds to plant the new mushrooms/trees/bushes etc. might be

seems a little too high though? could be lowered so the straps rest on your shoulders idk
You'll see this with a lot of capes (and other things like amulets too), it's done to account for any armours or other clothing which may be worn :)

I appreciate that. This is just something that numerous players suggested (and have done so over the years) so i put in a request job for one of our artists to simply switch out the cape models, which already existed in game.
Something like this is relatively simple and quick to do, and it was QA'd in down-time, it's not a "project" that anyone committed to or something that steals from project time - our projects are always a priority.
