You'll see this with a lot of capes (and other things like amulets too), it's done to account for any armours or other clothing which may be worn :)

I appreciate that. This is just something that numerous players suggested (and have done so over the years) so i put in a request job for one of our artists to simply switch out the cape models, which already existed in game.

Something like this is relatively simple and quick to do, and it was QA'd in down-time, it's not a "project" that anyone committed to or something that steals from project time - our projects are always a priority.

I hope we can continue this trend and fix the obsidian cape, ghostly cape, druidic cloak, spotted/spottier capes, wilderness team capes, drapes, god cloaks from clue scrolls, h.a.m. cape... They have all been deformed with EoC.

You're welcome, i can't guarantee anything is happening with other capes, and currently there aren't any plans to do so either. I simply put in the job during Comp Cape project as the topic came up a lot regarding those capes.

I can’t remember what website it was, but around maybe 07/08 (started in late 06) i read that partyhats could be dropped by White Knights in Falador, alongside a few others NPCs.

I grinded White Knights for a few days..

Luckily i had little patience back then so i gave up relatively quickly, but looking back now i find it funny.

Yeah, at level 60 on both the Orikalkum Pickaxe +3 will be the same/better than a Dragon pickaxe BUT you can augment the Dragon pickaxe. I'm not really sure if the D Pick is better in that case all things considered, but to race to 99 Mining & Smithing i just got the best new pickaxe i could use as soon as i hit the level. Its pretty linear, and i found that only when i got to 90 the Pickaxe of Earth and Song matters more as its BIS pickaxe that can be augmented. Even then, if you don't care about that the Elder Rune +5 is equal, just not augmentable.

This was a bug that was already fixed alongside various other bugs on the Weapon Diversity side of the beta. When the beta will be updated with WD/Bank fixes I’m not sure of though.

Can you try it out, and then report in game and DM here on reddit with the issue too? I'll try and make some time to investigate and it'll help if i have your save file at the Rune Drags with your equipment/load out. Another reply to my comment says its working so i'll need to find out what's going on.

I only just answered to your post about the slayer cape bug 5 days ago, FYI i just checked the fix and it's working fine but fixes can vary in the time they take between being reported and being patched for all kinds of reasons.

RE: Rune Dragons i'm looking at the job i made for it a while ago and can see it was already fixed and patched. If you're still seeing issues can you report another bug detailing what weapons/ammunition you're using?

From a quick initial look you appear to be right, funnily enough setting my "luck" does actually seem to make it work. In which case it might be that you have less of a chance with it attached to a cape? Which sounds very weird if so. Regardless i've made a job to investigate it and other capes such as the Invention master cape which someone mentioned in the comments here and get it sorted if it is a bug.
