Depends which bosses you want to get hands-on with! Pick stuff you think looks cool in videos you've seen and just pick those regions + have fun! Can't go wrong with Raids regions (Morytania's probably got the coolest offerings on that front with TOB, GGs, Nightmare/PNM, Barrows, Araxxor)

It is very difficult to tell that it wants you to select karamja. I spent 5 mins + coming to this thread. Just fyi
Yeah we've raised as a feedback point that the UI could be made clearer, but the actual tutorial text should also let you know to select Karamja before you hit 'Continue' as far as I know!
Can you confirm that you're able to select Karamja (since it's the other 'free' region that's given to you via the tutorial)? If not, can you let me know what device you're using? Cheers!

Saw from another comment that you're on mobile, can you let me know what device? Getting mixed reports on mobile (was able to complete my tutorial on mobile for example) so would be useful to get a sense of whether or not specific devices might be causing issues
Have you made sure to unlock Karamja (the first region given to you for free, as part of the tutorial) or are you encountering issues with selecting even that region?
Have you tried selecting Karamja (highlighted in red) and are still experiencing issues, or are you trying to select other regions?

To double-check, are you trying to select Karamja as the tutorial instructs and running into issues with actual menu interactions, or trying to pick a different region?
For the tutorial region pick, you're always instructed to pick Karamja, just like back in Leagues II. We're looking into reports of issues with this menu in certain clients, but assuming you are able to interact with the menu, your first choice will always be Karamja since it's another region we give players 'for free' and use to tutorialise area-unlocking!

Several League V worlds are showing active players. Are some people on or is that a visual bug too?
That's effectively from people trying to log in but ultimately not able to access those worlds, so not strictly a bug but a 'quirk' of having worlds visible but inaccessible
This is just a messaging typo, we'll get this fixed but it's a lower priority than other issues for the time being. Rest assured that once worlds are open, it'll be Leagues V that you're logging in to!
Launcher logins will be functioning again soon, and should be up well before Leagues Worlds are accessible.
