I mean, reading the original post. It seems like more is being put on the backlog then is actually being addressed. Not the best look. Just shows how depraved the community is that getting any bug fix is praise worthy now.
We've got fixes completed dev-side for most of the bugs, and are actively fixing the rest of them (not going on the backlog) - the reason I can't give guaranteed dates for release is due to the workload of release QA (however new update fixes do generally take priority, so I imagine most of them will be out by the 17th)
I think it's ok to keep the activity a bit more hands-on to go and get your loot - but it's definitely something I'll think more about though having seen a few of you ask for it :)
Maybe make it an additional small benefit of the Elite Hunter outfit? Hunter outfit is - for a significant part of the current hunter meta - quite bad, so giving it a few extra uses might be nice considering it does cost a little more to unlock than other elite outfits.
At least as an unlock from Dundee, although I wouldn't know if this'd work easily code wise.

The way they apply luck is by reducing the denominator (e.g. if a drop is 1/100, with lotd it would be 1/99), so the "scaling down" is likely referring to it scaling down the denominator (so with tablet in this example, droprate would be 1/89).

Would it be possible to have the scarab shells go straight into the inventory instead of having to run around or at least make it a possible upgrade?

Unrelated to the bugs and fixes (thank you for being on top of everything) but more a curiosity with how the tablet of het interacts with the LOTD? Do they both work, if so how does the math play out?
Yes, they both work - your chance for the drop is first scaled down with LOTD, and then scaled down further with the drop enhancer
With the duel arena killcount from the antique duellist's cap then carrying over to the duel anywhere duellist's cap does that mean we would automatically unlock tier 6 on the new cap?
If your combined duel arena + duel anywhere killcounts totals 5000+, yes

With all due respect there's a difference between competitive and not being able to catch a single scarab in 10 minutes. Just make them instanced please so everyone's blood pressure goes down.
Yeah, that's fair - instancing them would take a bit more work than can be done in a quick hotfix. Will be keeping an eye on it
what about every player having the reaper crew bonus even if they haven't completed the achievement?
Not sure about this one I'm afraid - have raised it and will try take a better look at it tomorrow
Any word if you'll update hunter to instanced per player? Currently you can just spam stack the scarabs making it impossible for anyone to really get the shells. Pretty much getting constantly griefed by other players spam stacking all the scarabs.
I'm sitting on this feedback for now - Hunter has always been competitive, obviously especially so on release day (and more especially so with people trying to get their comp cape back) - not ruling it out, but not jumping to instance it right this moment
