I've never used test flight. Can you clarify what the beta access will be tied to? Player account, email, device, etc?
I ask because I am planning to upgrade my phone, and don't want to get beta access, upgrade, and then not be able to download the RS app on the new device. Thank you.

For the inquisitor staff pieces, doesn't the drop rate for the 3 excavation sites go up further if the pylon is active as well? And if so how much, or is it just a 1/1m drop rate roll as well as a 1/100k,75k,50k in conjunction with each other.
Also tetra piece 1/1,500? Typo?
For the other three excavation sites it will go up an additional 10% if the pylons are active.
So distorted keys are useless?Edit: the wiki indicates that you get Archaeology experience. So I guess it's not totally useless.

Currently there is no fix in the works for this. there are a lot of complicated things that go into making it work. We hope to do it in the future as part of a bigger overhaul of some of those systems.

I know the changes we've made seem like a big change but I'd encourage you all to give it a go. The ripper demon is better than the Steel titan and yes, it might be a bit more expensive due to it being new with archaeology, but that should settle some time soon.
