Did Jagex delete the VOD? I can't remember the last time the VOD was deleted for a stream.
It has been removed by our video producer, the video with the various internet hick-ups doesn't meet the quality that we strive for.
I don't blame poerkie, he's the one giving excuses for his seniors shortfalls. It shouldn't be up to him to talk about the lack of updates when it is the companies fault. It is clear now that Jagex straight up lied about content, never intended to have GWD3 out this year even most likely. The OSRS team can and does communicate with its players because it doesn't make false promises to fulfil membership signups. It follows through on content and does so without thousands of bugs.
A request, though, Poerkie, please. And the rest of the Jagex team. Please stop using the term cognitive load as a catch all phrase for when people receive information. It doesn't apply in half of the circumstances that you use it in and it is killing me.
Might be controversial, but I wouldn't say anyone specifically within the RS3 team is at fault. There are always a lot of moving parts and we sometimes drop something and as collective it's our task to to pick it up again fix it and preferably make it ever better.

This wouldn't be able to be a toggle as far as I'm aware as it's required to comply with either( or both) guidelines from Apple and google.
how about instead of completely ignoring the issue and saying everything is okay np, you take active measures against this blatent issue by maybe considering reworking your account security/recovery systems, as they are very flawed
