We don't have such a thing implemented, ofcourse this could be implement from a technical standpoint with a simple if part of Group give different drop table.
These are most likely from the latest primegaming loot that you have claimed.
This includes a currency pack which has 200 runecoins and 35 TH keys, alongside the 2 umbral chests.
Just to take your fear away, we do not throttle or reduce drop rates for an individual account.

It's an ~12 GB Carpet. It contains the Laucher the BETA carpet and all that stuff.
if you only intend to use the steam version you can delete the NXT version and it's cache files indeed.

There have always been instances of this, recently you could get muted for 2 days if you said " Fish flingers, big game hunter totems, chompies and 1.25k conquest left ". Once we were made aware of this innocent phrase weremoved it and reversed those mutes.

You can still use the NXT client and login normally if you've linked your account with Steam.
You will sadly have to install it again and download the cache. This is because it's part of steams protected environment and it saves the game files elsewhere.

This means that the cache for steam will indeed be stored elsewhere.
The initial download will be just over 3GB and will include the majority of the core cache
You will not need to remake your interface layouts as they are in your savefile
I feel like the oldest person in RuneScape sometimes. I was 27 when started playing in 2004. 😭
RuneScape has a very mixed playerbase ranging from youth all the way to grand parents and such. I think it's one of the things that makes RuneScape very enjoyable to walk around in.

In android 11 google has made some changes in how screen space is defined and whether It's safe for us to draw the game on it so that you can see it. (Notches, different screen sizes, menu bars etc).
It's something we're aware off and actively lwork on resolving, but it is not an easy fix.
