Patch is live on ALL PLATFORMS. Here's the notes:

• Fixes for PS4 crash issues.
  • Addresses issues we saw with GPU hangs.
  • Fixed crash when pressing button early in load process.
• Fixed issue where players would sometimes move slowly after revive.
• Fixed issue with Mirage Ability causing crashes.
• Fixed issue with Gibraltar Epic skins on Xbox One causing crashes

THE CRASHES

We know this has been frustrating for many of you across all platforms. We hear you and we take this issue seriously. Improving stability, performance, and quality of life is a big priority for us and we have a lot of work to do. We pushed our first patch out earlier this week and we’ve got many more coming [including one next week!]. We’ll always provide patch notes when these come out. No I can’t tell you what’s in it yet.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I REPORT SOMETHING?

We’re always listening and looking for reported issues. As you can imagine, when you drop your game out of nowher...

We'll be doing some work on the back end to prepare for a busy weekend of many many players. You may notice some temporary weirdness like a party member showing as level 1 but don't you fret. No progression is lost and we expect any hiccups to be passing.

That is most definitely not mediocre. Love this style! Nice work and thanks for sharing.

We're aware of connection issues right now and investigating. We'll keep you updated here.

2:50pm PST: We've identified issues with players unable to log in / connect. Investigating.

12:34pm PST: We have heard the reports and it appears that matchmaking is taking longer than it should and affecting all platforms. We are actively looking into it and I'll provide any updates to this post.

12:38pm PST: We've addressed the issue and seeing improvement. This may take time for some folks as things recover so give it a little time if you don't immediately get back in.

Thanks for updating with the troubleshoot! Glad there's a work around but we're still working on it.

Seriously though thanks for reporting this and capturing! It's been passed along to the team.

Will update this post as we get more info. Wanted to let everyone know that we are aware of this and investigating.

5:05pm PST UDPATE: Fix has been pushed live to Xbox One that addresses this issue. Those of you that had unlocked Mirage and Caustic should be able to select them now in matchmaking. Thanks for your patience!

Hey everyone,

Unfortunately we discovered an issue with the Through the Heart Valentines DMR skin, Gibraltar's Daemon Hunter and Neural Net skins that are causing crashes on Xbox One. As we investigate and address the issue we are disabling these skins. They are still available on PC and PS4.

Sorry for the issue and we'll keep you updated when fixes go live.

We're looking into this and we think we know what's going on. We are seeing that if you equip or have the Daemon Hunter skin it will crash the game on Xbox. We're working to get a fix out ASAP. In the meantime remove the skin.
