Ouch! I also wish it was a joke that our text can get so long on some of our cards. Moving the region icons is a small step toward getting things in the right place. I think our spell cards, especially champion spells, really suffer with the region icons on the bottom.

We do have some more changes to card frames in the future that we’re getting ready for. In the meantime I’ll take the feedback to the rest of the team. Thanks all!

Yes, if you invoke you can show/hide the cards so you can see your board

How is it “jacked” on the iPad Mini?

I also think rude emotes are a sign of low self esteem, and in games with friend invites I use the feature to say gg or ask for their deck code, and I enjoy it when someone sends me a friend request and goes all toxic.

So I guess I’m opposite to how most sees game etiquette these days.

Oh wow I didn’t know that was a thing in chess. Good to know. I never surrender especially if my opponent is playing a champ like Fiora so they can see the awesome win vfx. I’m still waiting to get that animation in my own live game!

Adding the hand count for both players is definitely on our to-do list. Not the top priority, I’m afraid, but on the list for sure. Thanks!!

I have an old Riot account I used for league, but my LoR is a device account, and then I have a secondary LoR account (with way less stuff unlocked) attached to my league Riot account. I believe they both use the same email address so I don't seem to be able to create a second riot account for my Device account, or sign in to it from anywhere except for the fact that my phone remembers it. How do I make sure I keep this account when I switch phones? I have almost a full collection and I don't want to lose it! Thanks for your help and time!

I would definitely reach out to Player Support. They will know a lot more about your issue than I will

Glad to hear you’ve got (almost) a full collection. I’m impressed! I’m pretty far away from that ;)

Reach out to our Player Support team! They’ll be able to help keep your account safe. Welcome & Thanks for playing!

When we first played LoR in paper it was soooo hard to play. Especially for me since I’m terrible at arithmetic and keeping track of tokens and stuff. That said I’d love to have some cards just for fun

Thanks! I think you are pretty great too!

We didn’t forget! It’ll be coming in the future!

Ugh that’s a bummer that it’s been a challenge dealing the turn timer while getting your friends into LOR. Thanks for all you’re doing!

It’s a little widget that gives tells you the rules of the game mode you’re in. Just in case you’re as forgetful as I am. Right now there’s a bug on some phones that’ll get fixed up. Sorry about that

Hi u/Satanspogostick! Welcome to LoR! I hope you enjoy the game. I would definitely go through the tutorials/challenges and play a few AI games. Our game has some subtle and not so subtle differences than MtG, HS, and Eternal (All fantastic games!) that we try to cover. Also I think they are a lot of fun.

Like u/LordOdin97 said Mobalytics has some really awesome tools including ways to find a deck that you think you might light. Might I recommend our lord and savior Teemo?

This subreddit is pretty terrific too for help. Welcome again!

Truer word have never been said!

You are definitely not stupid! It isn’t the most obvious rule and we don’t do a great job making it easy to know beforehand. The tutorial is there and we have a game tip on the loading screen, but otherwise it’s kind of an unfortunate “gotcha.” Thanks for sticking with it and hope you enjoy the game!

Thanks for explaining it so well!

Thanks for the response. I do understand the cascading effect, so I get where you are coming from. However, there are multiple states in which the randomness doesn't actually affect the on-board combat state, like Temmo's shrooms for example. Or handbuffs, like shown in the Labs.

Now I'm not sure how the programming is done for the Eye's judgement itself, but what if instead of marking individual random effects, you use a different color filter on the screen when random effects are introduced to the calculations? Some warning that the final calculations may be wrong due to some "random effects". Similar to the mouseover you have now when the eye closed, but the eye opens in a different color for example, while showing the non-random results on board.

Also, I do understand your randomness philosophy, but in my opinion, you are actually limiting your design space due to a UX issue. Sure the random handbuffs are for now a Lab thing, but who knows, maybe it will be such...

That's a very good point u/srulz_ ! I definitely don't want to limit any of the design space for our designers due to what I think "good UX" looks like and I know that if I was I would definitely hear about it. Ha ha!

I'm sure there are teams where the UX designer comes stomping in with their black turtleneck, levis 501's and new balances dictating to everyone how the UX works and I bet those games are cool. On LoR we are a lot more collaborative and as a UX designer I see my job as to help game designers bring their vision to players in the best possible way.

Strike order is something we're going to be looking at as part of an overall effort on making the spell bar generally more clear. No promises there yet, we have a bunch of ideas and most of them won't stick. Thanks again for th...
