LLama8 is correct here, Void Amalgamations beam is DoT damage therefore it doesn’t hit and would not proc on hit effects.

Serpent Strike should only be working correctly with a spear equipped because it is the skills baseline requirement. If you equip a spear it should resolve your problem. We are looking into this bug and it’s noted internally. Thanks for the report.
