I think drops are enabled for any streamer who decides to stream New World. I’m pulling this from the article linked below:

“To claim the drop, viewers must watch 2 hours of New World on a Twitch Channel with the drops enabled.”

Probably not for this round but maybe something to consider in future double XP events.
