Thank you for your patience during this delay. Earlier this morning, the team identified an issue that blocked the release of the Heart of Madness update.

We will be providing an update tomorrow morning (PST). Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hi everyone, we know it is frustrating being excited for a release and then having it pulled back. We are just as excited as you for the Heart of Madness Release!

The team is constantly working to improve the experience of New World and have identified the issue that is blocking the release. We are working to get a fix built and tested quickly so that we can release Heart of Madness and finish Isabella’s storyline. When we have more information about the release, we will be sure to share it with you as soon as possible.

In regards to the gear sets in general, the feedback has been heard and the team is working on it! I think they mentioned a small blurb about this in a past Dev Video.

Due to the delay of the Heart of Madness Release, we will be extending the PTR until Wednesday. Thanks!

Okay so I heard back. Defenders are only able to respawn inside the fort and Attackers are able to respawn inside the war camp OR any capture point they’ve taken.

Interesting suggestion, I’m not aware of any plans to do that but I will definitely pass it along.
