I love our cinematics as well! It’s a cool suggestion and I know our Lore team is working on ways to deliver the story in different ways. I’ll pass this to our team (in addition to the many YouTube comments )

Also, don’t forget that this takes time. Not everything can be implemented immediately and a lot of it does take discussion to see if it’s something the team can do or even if it’s feasible at the time of discussion. Game development is a process that is iterative and requires patience.
As a reminder, everything in the PTR is subject to change and may not be a direct reflection of what will be pushed to live. However, this has been forwarded to the team for discussion.

Hi all, I know it’s been a bit since this thread was addressed but as some of you noticed, while it was in our patch notes, it was not included in the build. After further testing, it was found that this issue was not resolved as intended.
Just to clarify, this is the point I’m referencing:
- Players now retain the attributes from their shield while a sword is equipped but sheathed. The perk bonuses will not apply and will need the sword to be unsheathed to activate them, but while a sword is sheathed, the shield’s attributes count towards a player’s stats

I think there’s a bit of confusion on how these PTR patch notes work. When we announce the PTR, there’s already a patch note list that goes alongside of it. When we have an update to the PTR, that means we create a PTR patch note update #2. So today’s patch is the 4th update to the PTR itself but the 5th update to the PTR patch notes.
In my downtime notification, I link to exactly the notes that should be implemented during the downtime so you don’t need to scroll up or down to another section.

In New World gibt es generell zwei Versionen von Glück. Globales Glück und Sammelglück:
Globales Glück - Wenn der Spieler etwas in einer Truhe findet oder etwas aus einem Monster dropt, erhöht es die Chance, dass die erhaltenen Gegenstände benannt werden ( für den Fall dass sich um Waffen und Munition handelt). oder selten sind (für den Fall dass es sich um Baupläne oder Truhen halndelt). Das gilt für alle getöteten Kreaturen, geöffnete Vorratslager, Truhen, Container and Elitetruhen. Es erhöht das Potential für Low Drop Chance Gegenstände wie, Baupläne, hochlevelige Truhen, Waffen mit Namen und Kleidung. Ein höherer Glückswert wird eure Chancen definitiv erhöhen aber jeder Drop ist von ...
