We hope that you all are enjoying v8.0! We wanted to take a moment and clarify what “The Spring Event” zone is used for.
The Love Storm story behaves like our other story events and most quests are meant for normal zones. The event pin, “The Spring Event”, is used for a special quest called “You send me” which is unlocked as you progress through the story. Once unlocked, you will need to visit the event pin.
All other quests in Love Storm can be completed in normal zones.

We have this listed as "Beta Storm Missions may not be able to be completed more than once". Are you saying this issue happened before you've completed the mission for the first time?
Your tickets cannot be applied to the "core" heroes, unfortunately. If they were, people would just pick Swordmaster, Megabase and/or Master Grenadier, destroying their value.
The description on the ticket describes "Legendary or Mythic Event Heroes", so only heroes under the "Event Heroes" tab are considered eligible. Basically, we can pick out heroes like Dire, Quickdraw Calamity or Shamrock Reclaimer.

Seems to be that Fiona's crit rating Commander Perk is reacting the same. Says 45 total crit rating, only gives 15 (support slot bonus) even as primary hero.

Hey there! I commented on a similar thread with this issue.
The perk is supposed to read 225% (There is a tool tip error). If you use her, you still get the 225%.

There are new Hero Quest! Each one will reward a new Hero and Hiro is one of those new Heroes. :)

It seems as though I have to re-buy lynx from the shop. I hope this is just a bug and not on purpose, otherwise I wasted my gold :(
Not a bug! Zenith, Wukong, and Lynx were rotated into the store again. They will be there until v8.20

This is actually correct. Perks of using him as a Commander!
UPDATED for clarity: The tooltip is labeled correctly! The support perk, while awesome, isn't as strong as if you used that Hero as the actual Commander. Commander perks definitely have higher benefits than Support Perks.

Beetlejess currently gives 75% Pistol Critical Damage with her standard perk, but only 25% with her commander perk, is this intended ?
