I've given them all of information they asked for, sent them old emails from the same email when I created the account for Paragon, and even offered to forward them the emails from the Russian guy who emailed me claiming I hacked HIM to beg for "his" account back. Shit is crazy

Hey there /u/adamcognac. Can you please check your DMs and respond to my message. Thank you!

Hey everyone this is actually a bug that we're working on getting resolved. This is unintentional and the text should definitely not be that color. Thank you for the heads up!

Hey everyone,

Fire up and defend the Furnace! The new Frostnite mode has been re-enabled in Save the World.

Also, don't forget to claim your 3 free Event llamas for the downtime inconvenience.

Players may need to restart their clients for this to fully take effect. Thank you for your patience.

We've just released a server fix that addresses issues with long loading times and degraded server performance. These problems should be resolved over the next couple of hours.

Thank you for your patience!

We're actually rolling out Frostnite as well. However, some player may still be on the old server and not see it quite yet. I'll let everyone one know when it's live.

Hey everyone, we're aware that this issue is occurring. It is only impacting a small subset of players and this should be resolved on the next rotation (3 days or so). Here is a link to our Trello Card where you can follow the status.

For some background, I just moved from the east coast to the midwest and hadn't logged into my account for a couple weeks due to the move. For those that don't know, your public IP address changes depending on your ISP. Which with me moving, it had.

I also didn't have the exact creation date of my account, but knew it was around Nov/Dec 2017.

I did not have the Invoice ID but gave them both the Order and Transaction ID with my Paypal.

I gave them the correct location of where these purchases were made.

I provided the correct display name for when I played ...

Hey everyone,

We sincerely apologize to players impacted by the storage wipe issues on Save the World. We’re currently in the process of restoring any lost items.

We've restored Storage from a specific checkpoint (12:30am EST) for affected players. We've identified a small subset of players who deposited items past the checkpoint and we're investigating make-good for those impacted.

Players impacted by this have been compensated with 1k Gold and 500 Snowflake tickets. We’ll also be granting all Save the World players 3 free Event Llamas for the extended downtime. (They will be rotating into the store tomorrow, 12.19.2018)

Thanks for your patience!

Frostnite will remain disabled while the team runs additional test. More details coming soon.

Thank you for your patience!

This may be the course of action. We're still doing internal testing to ensure that no more data loss is occurring outside of the mode. We'll definitely let everyone know as soon as a plan has been carved out.

Thank you all for your patience.

Hey everyone,

Due to last minute issues discovered within the build, we’ve had to delay the timing for the release of the v7.10 update.

We’ll provide more details on an exact time once we have more information.

Thanks.

To illustrate this problem, imagine you have a DR perk that grants 50% resistance, which halves the incoming damage and makes you twice as hard to kill. If you add a second 45% perk on top it drops the incoming damage to 5%, which makes you TWENTY times harder to kill. Hey everyone, thank you so much for the feedback so far. Just something to note... for some reason the chart wasn't properly showing on Reddit's new format vs the old. (It was only showing 1 column). Both versions of Reddit should now properly show the comparison from the Current System and the Armor System. I apologize for that!
