Yep! We have performance team members digging into this as we speak. All the data posted on this sub is fed over to our performance team. We're breaking down each of the logs to pinpoint where the outliers are.

Our testing has shown that this is just a UI issue. Players should be getting the Perk-UP and Re-Perk added to their inventories.

We have a bug in place for this and we'll work on getting this resolved.

Unfortunately, I don't have a solid answer. Our Performance Team is hard at work digging into the client and server logs we've pulled. We have some ideas on what the cause is.. but we need to keep drilling down.

I'm estimating the next couple of weeks on the post. We hope to have a video as well.. sort of how we did with the Front End UI changes. However, please keep in mind any bugs or pushbacks could change the delivery dates of the blogs / videos. It's definitely hard to communicate a date as things are always subject to change.

Hey everyone, we're aware of the uptick in degraded server performance on console.

I'm gathering server logs from players and routing them over to the QA and Performance teams to dig into what the cause is.

I know this is extremely frustrating to experience and I definitely apologize.
