I understand that the first tier is set at 75 because of the additions with it but what happens if you buy from multiple months? You have a lot of copies and currency you didn't really want if you just want the cosmetics.

Since weapons on costumes are not included, I am wondering if it would be better to NOT include them in the artwork.

I'm with @horendis if you are not selling the weapons as well, do NOT include them in the artwork; it's very misleading even if you do put a written notice.

Will we be able to and match pieces of costumes or is it one "costume" that covers all armor?
Costumes cover everything. You do not get them as separate pieces.
The accessory items that are separate can be pieced together with other items though. <3
Just popping in to say I'm not paying for anything cosmetic until I know this game will actually launch.
We're 100% okay with that. Don't spend money unless you think it's the right thing to do for you. <3
I will never understand their artists' compulsion to put insect wings on random mammals. I get it's fantasy but just use normal wings that actually look like they have a chance at lifting the animal up.
Don't get caught up in the real-life elements. Have a little imagination and come away with us into a fantastical land where there are all sorts of creatures. ;)

I just design them. Our lovely concept artist Dave does the art and makes them come to life!

Impressive. Will we have any kind of costumes/mounts like this available only in-game? I always like to look unique and different.
These are exclusive to the month.
You may see variants for and on NPCs, but no other players can attain them.
Although, there will be tons of rad things for people to get in-game through adventuring as well.
