Whoops! Looks like this change is actually coming in v8.20 and not v8.11. We've gone ahead and removed this from the current Patch Notes.

Thanks for the report. We're investigating some reports of Voice Chat cutting out for some players, especially when playing with cross-platform players.

We've since fixed the mouse sensitivity issue and are aware of PS4 players being unable to select emotes when using a mouse. We're continuing to work towards a fix on that issue.
