I understand your statement and it does make sense to do that but you should not fail to connect, to begin with. So, that is the issue that needs addressing and not the other (Hard to explain). 

From what it sounds like, your character is actually loaded in but you lost connection to the server and lost all the gear. Are you on a stable network? Wired connection? Too many people using the internet at home? etc. Also, if you use Killer Network Hardware (The common alternative is Realtek), Disable Advanced Stream Detect in settings. For some reason, it comes enabled as default and messes with your game network usage. Even with Discord audio.

That information is not difficult to discover after the game receives the update. Plus, not something alone that will be extremely useful for said things. Do not worry!

We currently only take actions on profiles names on the forum and Discord.

Ingame system for such things is planned but with the current name related infrastructure we have, we do not have a system to counter it yet. But this is planned for the future. Thanks!

Usually, in such cases, you would need to include more information/details such as log files. So, be sure to include those and follow up with support.

The game is planned to go on steam after the full game release. And that is not tomorrow so we cannot really make the decision to say you will have a code or not. Remember that this is a decision that needs to be agreed with both steam and BSG when the time comes to go on steam. You can still play EFT through our launcher and still add it on steam as a non-steam game so that it is listed there.

If you really want to play EFT, I do not think a game not being listed on steam should matter. Especially when you have the option to add it to the list manually...

Ping limit is 150. Not 250.

Region lock and servers are different things. Region lock only allows you to be able to launch the game. It has nothing to do with servers. 

If you purchased the game in Asia or located in Asia, that is a different case though.

You might be confusing it with servers and all that. If you upgraded to EU version, then you are all set.

Not really actually. If your system is bottlenecked by other hardware, any additional RAM is the same as the previous.

Plus, you would need a better DDR RAM and your current 32 GB would not be the one. So, I would actually wait to build a new one than buying more RAM. When it comes to RAM, there is more to it than the GB size.
