The game does not start. After pressing on play from the Steam application, the easyanticheat screen opens but then the game does not start. I tried to repair the files but nothing. my configuration is 5600x+5600xt
I advise hitting up support about this - I'm not sure what 5600x+5600xt means?
We're aware there are issues for players not using windows 10 currently, if that covers your issue?

I'm here with the latest bug progress and hotfix info from the team.
We're *hopefully* releasing a hotfix build next week. There are still a few things to test and a few last bits being worked on.
Content of the hotfix so far:
- Players are now able to grab or move blocks/walls and will no longer go inside of them. [Currently in QA for testing]
- Player Camera no longer locked until rounds start [Passed QA, ready to go out in the hotfix]
- Improvements to the Crown grab issues in Lost Temple & Fall Mountain [Passed QA, ready to go out in the hotfix]
- Players no longer fall through the ground and go back to the start of Lost Temple [Passed QA, ready to go out in the hotfix]
- Very loud background cheering sound has been reduced [Passed QA, ready to go out in the hotfix]
- Fixed some issues where players were no longer able to exit between rounds [Passed QA, ready to go out in the hotfix]

From what I understand, it's not just based on ping, it considers Packet Loss, RTT, and variance/instability in your connection.
The thing is these issues have been popping up too much in the pass few days after season 5 update. There has to be something wrong in the update that is causing the crown issues than just "the wifi symbol" because it was not this bad during season 4.5
To clarify, we're definitely thinking it's a bug

Just to get back to this - we noticed the network connection issues icon is flashing in the bottom right - and it's tolerance is currently pretty high... so it might be that these issues are more likely to occur if you're having network issues.
Just thought I'd update as I hadn't noticed the network issue icon myself lol

it's like most of the variants that they advertised and never had in the game. just there to be eye candy to trick you and nothing more.
We filmed them all from playtests, they weren't faked for the trailer. There's a chance it's just bugged and is meant to be showing up - I'll ask the designer.

I'm literally posting this on a Saturday, why would I say we never work weekends?
Our support staff work in shifts 24/7, but our core development team work Monday-Friday, so if we can avoid pulling them in on a weekend, we really try to do that.

Is the game working on a pathway to open up exclusive/semi-exclusive/legacy costumes to players who have otherwise missed them? It would be nice to be able to obtain something like Dark Knight or Crash Test Dummy through normal means.
I'm all for having unique costumes with a period of exclusivity that can be obtained through challenges or contests, but hopefully these things aren't locked away behind those barriers forever. Something as simple as being able to get Mastery Pass skins through the shop in future seasons would be a welcoming step for newer players.
At the moment, we like that they have more exclusivity and value to our earlier players so we currently don't have plans to bring previous fame path costumes back, or earlier exclusives. It might not be that way forever, but that's how we're currently looking at it.
It's stuff like this that they really should axe if it makes the season come out quicker. It's cool and all, but who really cares? If the time and resources that went into this went into level/costume design, QA etc, maybe we'd already be in season 5 by now.
The time and resources that went into this are from the marketing team, none from the game team, so it had no effect on level/costume design, QA, coding, etc
