Thought what I witnessed on the UFC yesterday was bad!

Hey all, there are some situations where if an account is determined (through some manual and automatic checks) to have been hijacked that a ban can be reversed. In those situations, our support team has come to the conclusion that the rightful account holder didn't incur the offenses which resulted in the initial ban (due to the account being stolen).

I have been in talks with the team and they're working to strength the process to determine whether or not an account has in fact been stolen, where the hijacker has then used cheats on the account.

In this case, I've reinstated the permanent ban personally as obviously this isn't the case of an innocent player having their account unfortunately stolen.

The UI is actually super confusing here, it's a 300 G-Coin bonus upon unlocking, you don't have to pay additional G-Coin for the skin!

Speaking to the pass team about this now and suggesting a visual change. Appreciate the flag!

Edit: In reference to Sword_Saint's comments last year, that is true! A lot of work has gone into other modes which we've mainly been experimenting with in LABS thus far.

There is just one version, so no difference (excluding any regional limitations which can be tied to certain direct key purchases). I generally buy my games from Steam, but whatever feels comfortable to you! Just make sure you're buying from a reputable site if you choose to get a key.

All rewards you worked towards in Season 10 and those you've already received from previous seasons are permanent; your skins are not being removed :)

Our ranked rewards are always granted upon starting the next season; with Season 11 rewards (granted beginning of Season 12) there are both nameplates and emblem rewards which are only usable for the season you received them in.

With that said, there are some changes coming with Season 11 rewards (rewarded at beginning of Season 12). There will still be a ranked parachute skin, although no vehicle skin, which has generally been the case in previous seasons; let me dig further here.
