Definitely respect the opinions of those who want to see less Vikendi in ranked and pootentially a lower ratio, like Sanhok - but I just checked the numbers to make sure nothing out of the ordinary was happening just in case.
I took a look into this on the backend and it looks like Miramar, Erangel and Vikendi all have basically the same ratio for ranked (varies within 1-3%).
I double checked matches started and time played on each map to make sure.

I think what happened here is the new week's missions ticked over as we hit maintenance time, but maintenance actually just started a minute or so past the hour.
Should be back next update, pending any last minute issues
It'll be fixed now, there was an error when uploading the build which caused some files to be removed. The build has been re-uploaded, so should work fine now (although servers are still down for another hour for maintenance).

Edit, I gave them every thing but my carrier when i opened my original ticket and just sent a reply to my original giving them that info. I also sent you reddit chat thingy with the ticket number earlier if you so desire.

The lack of trees in that area is almost certainly a bug and not intended. The trees were still there post update, they only got deleted last patch.
Yeah, most of these spots will be fixed in a few hours with maintenance
