Hey prolly, there is a particular anti-virus software which is causing conflicts when launching PUBG. That may be the issue for you.
We've reached out to get this resolved.

Hi guys, we're running some tests over the next week with different server providers (and locations) on approximately 50% of NA matches.
The goal is to provide the most stable, consistent experience for the highest number of players - but we do need to do some testing to get that right.
Hey, just as a heads up to anyone else who happens to find this thread - we are looking into PUBG not launching while running certain anti-virus software.
Try double checking your firewall settings, sounds like it may be blocking the connection to PUG servers. The PUBG executable is listed as tslgame.exe
Any news on changes to the PUBG ID system to make things like the emblems unlocked by achieving a certain rank more visible (perhaps ingame)?
A few things being worked on there, but no ETA right now
