As announced in our latest Dev Talk, the Into the Fray update is coming soon, bringing an overhaul of Magic Staffs, new Portal Towns, big changes to Castles, a new Crystal Arena and knockdown Crystal League, and much more. And now you can try it out for yourself on the Albion Online Staging Server! In order to help us get feedback about this release and see how the new features perform with larger player numbers, we encourage you to log into the Staging server and try out the new features.

NOTE: As is always the case with Staging releases, all features should be considered "In Progress" and may be altered, reworked, or removed with the actual update launch.

Lands Awakened Update - Hotfix 1

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where newly built or upgraded Crafting Stations did not have maximum durability:
  
  • Newly built or upgraded buildings will now have full durability
    
  • Durability of buildings already affected will be corrected in an upcoming hotfix
    
• Resolved an issue where Fame Credits were sometimes not awarded for Fame received immediately before changing zones
  
• Fixed an issue that caused resource mobs to only spawn with a single resource instead of full resources. This issue did not affect regular hide mobs; only the following were affected:
  
  • Dryads, Ore Elementals, Rock Elementals, Cougars, Wood Spirits
    
• Fixed an issue where logging out during the tutorial moved characters to starter city after next login

Note: this updated client remains compatible with the older client and is not required in order to play.

Controller Support Improvements

• Added Controller options to Settings menu
  
• Holding the right shoulder button now triggers target selection via the right stick
  
• Pressing the right stick now opens a radial context menu in-game, enabling different actions based on selected target
  
• Added an alternate control scheme, allowing selection of targets via right stick instead of using a cursor
  
• Added an alternate spell control scheme, "Cast on button release", which uses left stick targeting
  
• Various additional controller behavior improvements

Lands Awakened Patch 7 Hotfix 2

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where enchanted items did not trigger Healing Sickness
  
• [LINUX] Fixed an issue with the launcher that was causing sudden framerate drops - if you were experiencing this problem, please update your launcher to the newest version

Lands Awakened Hotfix 6.1

Fixes

• [PC] Fixed an issue where game would sometimes disconnect when using automatic Silver pickup
  

Note: This current hotfix is an optional update for PC only, and the current Patch 6 will remain compatible without updating. A fix for other platforms is in progress and will be deployed in the coming days.

Albion’s milestone fifteenth Guild Season starts this weekend, bringing changes to Might and Favor earned, Might Levels, the Crystal League, and more. And since the introduction of the Conqueror's Challenge with the Lands Awakened update, all players, regardless of guild status, can make seasonal progress and unlock rewards!

Lands Awakened Hotfix 5.2

Fixes

• Corrected an issue where Hideout Boosters earned during Season 14 were not received
  
• Fixed issues with the Season 15 Conqueror's Challenge UI not displaying correctly
  
• Further fixes will be deployed soon to address the issues with missing Conqueror's Challenge rewards and Avatar Ring rewards for ranking guilds
  

NOTE: This hotfix includes a new game client for PC users. Other platforms will download a softpatch on the existing client. For PC users unable to download the new client, the old client remains compatible.

Lands Awakened Patch 2 - Ver. 19.020.1 - December 20, 2021

Crystal Spider Spawn Changes

• Crystal Spiders can now spawn directly in the open world:
  
  • Previously only spawned via lesser mobs being upgraded
    
  • Not enough mobs were reaching this stage, resulting in less global Might gain than intended
    
  • The overall number in the world should now be higher as a result of this change
    

Combat Balance Changes

Holy Staffs
Previously, Holy Flash was taking over the healing meta. With its high energy efficiency and Heal per Second, it was outperforming all other Healing options on the Q-slot. The Energy Cost was therefore drastically increased, and the cooldown slightly increased, to reduce the overall healing output per second and make it a bit less spammable.

Lands Awakened Patch 1 - Ver. 19.010.1 - December 13, 2021

Headquarters Hideout Requirements Updated
With this patch, the requirements for declaring a Headquarters Hideout have been updated. The changes can be summarized as follows:

• The Top 600 Season rank requirement is removed
  
• A Headquarters can now be declared immediately after the necessary Season Point requirement has been reached
