Thanks for the details! We're looking into this, seems like it may be tied to Interface Scale in Settings > Interface.

BUG #2: For some reason, in the RocketPass, Tier 51 has been changed from giving you default 3-lobes, to giving default 3-lobes Infinites. Meaning anyone who reached over Tier 51 before this update are unable to get default 3-lobe infinites.

Heads up, we worked with our server provider in UAE, identified a configuration issue, and deployed a fix. You should no longer see frequent Error 71 messages when queuing in the ME server region.
