Nope, we have regular accounts just like anyone else! Even for testing we don't usually have maxed accounts actually (unless it's to test something that requires a max level account). But that's all only on development/debug servers; any account on live had to get to max by playing to get there. And we do actually play in our free time. :)

Sorry, didn't mean to confuse people. When we are debugging things before release we are on development / debug builds. We just refer to the current released version as live internally. Not an official term or anything. I just meant I will be playing and using that pickaxe myself (outside of work).

The Riot Control Baton animation has been fixed for awhile... give it another shot! :)

We have a fix ready for this issue: the psi-blade will use the correct animation in StW when 12.50 is released. (I very much look forward to using it on my Live account!)

For those mentioning the Star Wars Riot Control Baton, that animation bug was already fixed shortly after it was released.

Thanks for reporting the issue though! Definitely let us know if there are other issues you're aware of!

We’re aware of this issue, and we will be fixing it. As we’ve said before, we will be getting to most reactive effects and fixing them for StW. Thanks for the report though!

I just fixed this issue (for 12.10) and the missing wings in the "old" system (which is still actually the current system), but it will be fixed by the new system anyway.

A bald option was not intended, and she is supposed to gain wings at Tier 3.

Comment

Oops! I just took a look and it appears the wings were accidentally left out of the "old" (what you would call "current") system for hero cosmetic customization. (Yes, I work largely in your future. ;p ) They should be available to her starting at Tier 3 in 12.10.

(Baldness will also be fixed by the new system; no, having her be bald is not an intended option.)

Thanks for the heads up!

I believe so. I haven't looked through all the control schemes recently to make sure about how you toggle sprint/walking, but yes, as long as you are walking before you move forward you should be fine, so if that's press the stick to toggle walking and then move forward that should work (once 10.40 is released; currently controller input is breaking traversal emotes anyway). If you sprint, it will interrupt the traversal emote.

Maybe the slightest movement to the sides cancels it as well? Not too sure

But thanks for the reply, i really appreciate it :)

Yes, the issue was that any non-zero side movement was erroneously canceling the emote, which is unavoidable on controllers. That will be fixed in 10.40; all of the thresholds for cancellation are now shared with BR, so the behavior should be identical to BR behavior.

There was a bug specific to using a controller (on any platform) causing traversal emotes to be interrupted. It will be fixed in 10.40 (sorry, too late for 10.30).

Please note that you also must not sprint; if you have the option for
"Sprint by Default" on, you will need to use your input to disable sprinting or it will still cancel.
