This is not a bug. Some boss drops are just much rarer or limited to higher tiers.
Could you record which ones do and don’t spawn loot? That would be really helpful for debugging.
I’m not seeing this myself when testing. Did you go through a whole echo and let your minions kill all the monsters?
Yes, this is the bug where multiple instances of damage that happens at the same time only show up as one damage number, we’re looking into it.
I’ll check what it actually does, otherwise this is an easy tooltip fix.

We plan to have it so that the first arena waves don’t start until you move a little just like in the arena echoes in the monolith. It might not be until 0.8.6 though.

I’m not sure we’re made a standpoint that we’re happy with it. Some might be, but we’re aware that it’s not in a great spot and it needs some changes.
