Hi :3 i want to work at Riot in the future but i've only just finished high school , i plan on studying computer science and graphic design in college and working a variety of jobs to gain experiences , my goal is 8 years after this , i will be able to apply for a job at Riot . My questions are :
- Is Computer science and graphic design a good choice if i want to pursue for a job at riot ? and what other paths do you guys suggest beside computer science and graphic designer ?
- Is having a big interaction with the player base ( influencer , streamer , youtuber or cosplayer if you please ) help me impress the recruiters if i ever want to apply for a job ?

Glad to hear you're interested in working for Riot. It was my dream goal to work here too so I totally feel you on that.
For your major, do you know what you want to do in games? Or do you just want to work in games, doing whatever? (Both are legit but certain roles require certain levels of education/experience and have different skillsets.)
Having a big interaction isn't required to work in games and it could help depending on the role. Most roles though probably won't see it as a huge hiring decision. :)

I was never an online gamer. I only really played simulation games, strategy games, and rpgs that were solo campaign or coop (when those popped up). I had a boyfriend at the time who asked me to play league with him for his birthday until level 14. I have now been playing for 10 years.
I don't like other mobas in the same way I didn't like LoL. It's so much work to learn enough to even be good but you have to play with people who already have learned so it's frustrating for the first 20 hours as you get to grasp it.
Beyond that I also had to read all the original lore (rip Cassio being turned via a Freljord blade) to really enjoy the game.
Start of 2019 a refund token was automatically credited to League accounts without any action, now you have to go to their support site and manually request it. Seems like a way for Riot to "keep their promise" of giving annual refunds but hope much of the playerbase doesn't know about the request process and miss it.
Riot is working on a stable long term solution that automatically grants tokens in client but it is not ready yet. My team built this as an interim stop gap for players who wanted it now.
Why is it gated behind happening to see a thread on reddit? Why is this not just an automatic gain?
Sorry if this is spammy. We are autogranting refund tokens but it might take some time since the team is working on a long term solution. We (player support engineering) saw that players were banking on it so we found a way to help them in the short term.

Why is there a limit of 3?

You don't think it's ridiculous players need to happen upon an article or reddit thread to get their refund token? Why isn't this an automated thing in the client?
Clearly it works out for me, but there are many people who don't randomly browse the LoL support site or come on communities like Reddit and won't see this.
