I've know Excoundrel for several years and I'm excited to give him a shot to host the next two weeks. Especially since his development over the last 2-3 years has been impressive. Several LEC casters including myself worked with him on EUM and I'm looking forward to his unique style on our broadcast.

I started playing right at the beginning of 2010 and can't quite believe I'm 9.5 years into this. I go through phases when I play like the old days, then nothing then ARAM and now TFT, but it's still my number 1 past time!

Oh man Alphair Vayne into Morde was OP.

I keep watching XL games and starting to believe, during Spring they won a few games and looked semi decent for a brand new org / team and in Summer, they made FNC and OG work for their wins. This isn't a contender for playoffs, but XL are still finding their feet and the recipe required to pick up wins. I like the org, I just want them to find a way to get stronger performances on the rift, maybe that means more expensive players with proven track records.

I kinda agree with this. I played a bunch of underlords and love their interpretation of the item system, especially as it also includes buffs for classes and synergies which I thought was an awesome touch. I'm hopeful enough people play this mode so that it sticks around and our dev team can really dive into developing it further.

Cloud9 isn't so great? Are you kidding me? When was the last time you saw a team with such an ability and movement? Cloud9 puts the game on another level, and we will be blessed if we ever see a team with this skill and passion for the game again. Fnatic breaks records. G2 breaks records. Cloud9 breaks the rules. You can keep your statistics. I prefer the magic.

Oh, you think clowns are your ally. But you merely adopted the fiesta; I was born in it, moulded by it. I didn't see the macro until I was already a man, by then it was nothing to me but BLINDING! The fiesta is the true display of power.

One of the things that makes me so happy, is loading into a post match thread and seeing some of the things that I set up in the game carrying through into the discussions. During the FNC game I started asking Foxdrop and Ender who the best Pyke in EU was and I said that because I knew G2 playing the next game. Ender went HAM on Hyli, and then we get to draft from G2. I kept pushing the best Pyke EU, even promising a segment on next weeks show (Which is going to happen btw)

I wanted to say thanks for buying into the hype and thanks for carrying on such a fun side story within the bigger picture of the LEC and it's players. These spur of the moment games and discussions don't always lead to post game chats, but when they do, they feel so good. <3 ya Reddit. PS best Pyke EU = Wunder. Literally 0 argument for anyone else, don't @ me. PPS. Jankos now has to play this champion before it's nerfed for a full G2 Pyke Power Play.

Hi, Peter Dun Splyce coach here. Some quick things about Berlin studio:

First welcome to LEC, going first time is always memorable.

1) If you want the VERY best seats come early. There's no seat reservations unless you are invited by a teams (then you sit underneath the seating stands in front of the stage). However, there are multiple massive screens which show the game and you can see those from anywhere in the studio. You don't have to be there for all the games. However, the studio is normally packed even for the less popular teams so if you come later you won't get a choice for your seat (although even the bad seats are still fine).

2) Winning teams will do a fan meet after the game where you can queue up and take pictures. Most teams (not 100% sure about FNC) will let you take 1-2 pics with someone even if they lose provided you msg them on social media before the game, especially if it's your first time out there. Also the casters are all great and fr...

This is awesome. Thanks for the great write up!

You commented on how unfortunate it was for her to take W level one, while in fact the champion starts with one point in W by default and (before the game went full-screen) you could already see the Q used for poke in midlane.

Yeah my cocasters pointed it out immediately. Sometimes brain farts happen, this was a loud smelly brain fart.

Just some constructive criticism that I'm sure will be down voted: Please stop trying to call plays before they happen. You called "how can you mess this up" before the Tp even completed, which if it wasn't there in the nick of time with that taric ult prepped, would've resulted in a sloppy but successful dive. I know you're trying add excitement during the play-by-play but please just follow what is happening instead of editorializing and let analysts tell us why it was so good/bad on replay.

Thanks for the feedback, but it's a matter of perspective. 4 people initiated a dive, didn't hit CC and got outplayed by a fantastic set of moves from Profit. That's what I chose to call, and even before the TP they would have traded 1 for 1 in a 4v1 dive, to me, that's messing up.

I sincerely hope I will come to the road show. I attended Greek Legends back when the server launched and it's one of my favourite events I've ever attended. <3 Very excited to head back!

I f**king love that Quickshot went hard on Vitality and i completely agree. As Quickshot said that level 1 death from Attila was completely unacceptable and should absolutely not happen in proplay and that dive on Profit was atrocious too. Yes Profit played that perfectly though and the Taric ult tping in with Sona was genius, but still, Vitality played it so badly.

I will not be surprised if Vitality ends the split in bottom 2 if they keep playing like this.

Thank you for the kind words, it's always tough being that blunt, but sometimes you have to. At this level of play sometimes you're just surprised to see some mistakes that are simply unforgiveabele. Vitality and their players are better than what we have seen the last two weeks. I LOVED VIT in Summer 2018 and I'm a fan of their proactiveness and willingness to go forward, I just wish they could find their gears and their groove again. This 0-3 VIT is #NotMyVitality.

I believe in many of the players, but they need to find their confidence and make correct calls to get back into the swing of things.

It's interesting that they choose Greece for their finals, since IIRC LAN connection client was only given on NA lcs and Greece is too far from where servers are located compared to previous locations like Germany, France, Netherlands and Spain where the ping was >20. Will they use LAN client for the finals or?

The Finals and LEC play on local servers all the time :) Thanks for your concern but we've been using the LAN client forever.
