The next time this happens, after you’ve closed the game client could you please upload the game’s log files? You can attach them to a forum post using the button.

I understand you’re rebooting the computer, but could you give a detailed description of what happens prior to you doing so? Is the system freezing, is the computer turning itself off, etc.
It would also be very helpful to know whether this is on Windows, Linux, or a Mac and if you’re currently playing using a desktop or a laptop. Sorry for having so many questions!

MTX1687×1440 2.48 MBThe clients are completely indepedent of each other. If you use the standalone client and don’t buy the game on Steam, there is no reason to link your Steam and Last Epoch accounts.

I think you’ve confused Steam’s refund policy with ours there, Jerle.
To clarify - our policy is one of ‘no questions asked’ refunds within 48 hours of purchase, regardless of time played. Steam’s policy is within 2 weeks with no more than 2 hours gametime. Our policy does not apply to purchases made on Steam, and vice versa....

Integrated graphics do not meet our minimum system requirements, and so unfortunately it is unlikely that Last Epoch will ever run well on that particular system.
Threads posted on our new forum - well, “new” forum - are configured at the time of creation to close themselves after one of several criteria has been met. Threads migrated from our previous forum weren’t created here, and thus never had that setting applied.
I manually applied that setting to this thread shortly after it was resurrected, which is why the forum states it will be closed after two months of inactivity even though it previously had gaps in activity longer than that while remaining open to new posts.

We are unable to assist with refund requests in cases where Last Epoch was purchased from other companies, as we have no access to their payment systems.
As you bought the game from Steam you will need to contact Valve regarding this.
