Our ASIA servers are in Singapore so that might be better ping for you! We don't have dedicated ANZ servers at this time, but it might come in the future ;)

Hey all. Moving this to HELP as it's where it belongs. When reporting issues with the game, please make sure to put them in that section - it's the one we monitor first.

The issue that causes "Waiting for servers" to display and buffer for a long time while trying to buy potions is actually a bug. Opening your inventory should make the buffering stop in most cases: https://discordapp.com/channels/491178626230779906/564719892490747907/589087399800340496

We're already working on a fix for it and it should be deployed in our next patch.

Hey Vacalpotan. To play co-op, you need to reach the Campaign act "The Prayers" which is in Act I. This will unlock missions and assassinations, as well as co-op. After you finished the prayers, just click the Party tab and you'll be able to play with others!

We actually have some plans to make timed battle chests more exciting! There will be some options for them even if you get there after the timer in the future. I won't tell you what because of 1. No spoilers and 2. It's not ready yet but I thought I'd let you know that we're looking into improving them.

Thanks Speedy. I know it can be tough when things change. Some parts in this patch are not like we want them to be, and we're not happy about everything either, but we'll fix it.

Crit is mostly bugged right now. We're working on a fix.

Please keep these few things in mind while applying salt on these wounds:
1. No nerf damage has happened. We do however have a bug going on right now with Critical damage, which will get a fix of its own. It sucks, we're all on the same page about that. But it will be fixed. In the meantime, Legendaries got a massive buff - granted you're using the one that fits your build, which will offer nicer options
2. We did remove Daily packs after getting bombarded by skepticism about our monetization, despite having never had any plans to sell them. So they're gone. It doesn't mean more things aren't coming - for reference, check out our second Devlog right here: ... Read more

Hey Lellefot. I hear that you're frustrated. I'm talking to the team about getting some more info on some the points raised on here.
Before that though, few things from me: 1. Legendaries are not getting a nerf, they are just getting more specialized. That means the legendary you have right now may not be the one you want for the build you're going for. The right one is out there though, and it's going to be a lot more powerful. Hey Boon! We made a lot of changes to legendaries so that they could accommodate a number of options for your playstyles, so weapons will be more fitted (we added 3 per hero) and support gear (like your tome) will have more of an angle.

Could you share exactly what new stats you see with the reroll?
