As it stands, CMs can’t help with bans but you are correct that carries are not against the rules. I would wait or reach out to support again in hopes of getting a reason or a chance to appeal. It may not have been the carry that got you banned.

The honing system is a very large part of Lost Ark. The team is constantly keeping an eye on things to monitor the balance and make adjustments as nessecary but there is no plan to remove the system.
I’m unsure of the solution as we cannot force anyone to play support?

I’m going to be locking this topic as it has already been addressed multiple times and the answer remains the same. There is nothing rule breaking about selling carries or selling in game items for in game currency.

We attempted to lessen the amount of players allowed on Mari (hence the apperance of the queue). That did not allow the server to stabilize so they are looking deeper into it.
