I appreciate the information on this thread, thank you! I’m currently writing a report to let the team know the situation when it comes to re-entry tickets being distributed… well, in this case, NOT distributed.
I don’t currently have any information or update as this is now being escalated, although the holiday weekend does slow things down a bit.
Hi there! Definitely not avoiding it, apologies if you think I have been. I’ve commented on a few others but will do so here too.
We do currently have an automatic system in place that is supposed to issue re-entry tickets. I do understand that more complaints are rising that players are not getting their tickets so I am letting the team know. Due to it being a holiday weekend things are moving a bit slower. But please know that I take it very seriously.
As for the details of who should and shouldn’t recieve a ticket… that also seems to be a bit muddled. I’ll be sure to ask for clarifications from the team so I can let players know. Sorry about the confusion!

Forums and Discord are more casual and for conversation and some light support.
There is a ticket system for heavier support.

We are currently unsure of when this will be completed. The holiday weekend has made things a bit more difficult. We do understand it’s a priority and very important for progression.

The team is aware that NA West servers experienced disconnects and ongoing server instability this past week.
Players that logged on to NA West the past 7 days will receive compensation for this disturbance. This will be delivered to your Product Inventory, and include the following:
Delivery of these items will be taking place today.
We are also aware of players not receiving their re-entry tickets for raids/dungeons/ticketed events. This is being looked into, we apologized for the inconvenience.

Tickets should be going out now for those that were kicked out of dungeon/raid/ticketed content.

I removed this post as I already have a post that is clearly talking about NA West being down. I cannot keep track of 50 different threads and update them all, so I’d prefer everyone posting on one thread.
This was not planned. This is not a scheduled maintenance. The team is currently working on it and will have the servers back up asap.
Will update everyone with any information I get. The team is currently looking into why all of NA West crashed along with getting it all back up asap.
We’re looking into the current server outages. As for reentry tickets, everyone should be receiving their tickets.
